  • Register online on our website or on third party event pages such as Eventbrite or place an order for any of our products or services

  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email

  • Process your order, event bookings and manage your training requirements

We securely store your data in our cloud-based and password protected Customer Relationship Management System.

 

Our Company will keep your data for as long as is relevant to our business relationship or until you explicitly inform us to be removed.  We will delete your data by permanently deleting from the system and if hard copies exist of your data, these will be confidentially destroyed through shredding.

 

Marketing

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

 

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.
