I have taken an interest in Vulnerable customer topic in the past but never to this depth .Helen really brought to life just how important the vulnerable customer lens is, and some of the challenges facing many of our customers. I came away with my mind racing about how we can support our customers more. The course was engaging, fun, emotional, educational and interactive. Thanks Helen

I really enjoyed this course. I’ve done VC training several times before but the delivery of this course was fantastic. I like that Helen had extensive knowledge of the FCA and was able to answer our questions quickly and with the appropriate knowledge, not just giving us a potential scenario but talking real life. I enjoyed learning about her son Daniel and I think it really helped us all to understand vulnerable customers just that little bit more. All in all I’d give this 5 stars 🌟. Great course, great delivery and a genuinely lovely trainer. Thank you Helen!

The course was overall really insightful and moving whilst being memorable for everything covered. The layout meant that everything flowed really easily and with regular breaks it was easier to retain the knowledge Helen shared
